Information about your visit
Our spring season of events has gone on sale at full capacity with no social distancing. Should government or industry guidelines change, we will update visitor information and will contact all those who have booked tickets. As a publicly funded organisation, we need to ensure everyone, including those who are disabled or clinically extremely vulnerable, can attend if they wish. If you would like to come to one of our performances but would not be able to attend unless a space was left either side, please contact our Box Office team to discuss your booking.
You can read more about your visit here.
Covid passes
We will be asking all eligible visitors aged 18 and over to show evidence of double vaccination status or a negative lateral flow test taken in the 24 hours prior to their visit before they enter the building. You can either show this using the NHS app, the card you received when you were vaccinated or with the e-mail or text confirmation you received after registering your lateral flow test.
Face coverings
We understand that not everyone is able to wear a face covering but, if you are, in line with government guidelines, they are now mandatory whilst in our buildings for the protection and comfort of our visitors and also our staff members and volunteers who keep our buildings open and running. This includes when you are watching a performance. If you remove it to eat or drink during a performance, please put it back on when you have finished.
