Festival of Light 2021 - Lantern Bearer ticket

Sunday 12th Dec 2021, Northbrook Street

Free (pre-booking required)

If you have taken part in a workshop at 101 or in school to make a lantern book your place as a latern bearer here using your priority code.

Transforming Newbury town centre into a twinkling wonderland, the procession will travel along Northbrook Street before arriving in the Market Place with live music and festive atmosphere.

In the run up to the event we will be offering lantern making workshops with schools, community groups and the general public.

This year, in order to monitor capacity and to get in touch with participants directly regarding any changes to Government Covid Guidelines, we are asking every lantern bearer to book their place in the procession.

Lantern bearer tickets are currently only available to customers who have attended our lantern workshops.
If you are taking part in one of our lantern workshops at 101 Creation Space or through your primary school, you will be given a priority code to book your space to take part in the procession. You will receive this code once you have attended a workshop.
