The Festival of Light returns to Newbury in its traditional format this year, inviting participants of all ages to walk together with candlelit lanterns illuminating the winter night.
Transforming Newbury town centre into a twinkling wonderland, the procession will travel along Northbrook Street before arriving in the Market Place with live music and festive atmosphere.
This year, in order to monitor capacity and to get in touch with participants directly regarding any changes to Government Covid Guidelines, we are asking everyone to book their spectator place to view the procession.
Part of the Corn Exchange’s annual programme of outdoor arts, the Festival of Light is presented by the Corn Exchange and 101 Outdoor Arts Creation Space and funded by Greenham Trust and Arts Council England.
