The Festival is delighted to welcome back one of its former Young Artists, now established as one of the UK’s leading pianists. 

Welshman Llŷr Williams is widely admired for his profound musical intelligence, and for the expressive and communicative nature of his interpretations. With several Beethoven cycles under his belt, he recently completed a sonata cycle at the Wigmore Hall to great acclaim, and a Beethoven concerto cycle with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra.
