Touch To See
15th Mar 2024
Due to the current situation we are suspending our summer programme of classes and courses. We will restart this work as soon as possible but, in the meantime, please check our homepage where we’ll be releasing online activities and virtual sessions.
A series of monthly Memory Cafés for people living with dementia and their carers.
These friendly, drop-in sessions are designed to provide support for people living with Dementia, their carers and family members. They are a place to find support, share concerns, celebrate and take part in arts activities in a comfortable environment. All activities are led by a professional artist and are programmed with the aim to stimulate the brain and encourage conversation.
Sessions will also feature homemade cake, tea and coffee, all set in our friendly Balcony Bar space, each session lasts an hour and a half and there is no need to pre-book.
Upcoming dates:
20 April Intergenerational Session (Becci)
18 May James Baker (Sing Along – Piano and songs, Berkshire Maestros)
15 June Flute and Guitar Music (Cathy Laney and Jack Rowe – Berkshire Maestros)
20 July Katie Minien (Sing a long)
