This new ten week course will provide you with the tools to begin, sustain and develop the practice of Mindfulness.
The practice of Mindfulness can bring a wide range of evidence-based benefits such as stress reduction, improved concentration and an increased sense of well-being.
In the first five weeks, the focus will be on establishing a daily meditation practice. The second part of the course explores ways in which to bring mindful awareness into all aspects of our daily lives.
Our course leader, Andy Taylor, is a psychotherapist and counsellor whose practice of Mindfulness began over thirty years ago.
