Tai Chi Qigong Online (drop in)

Join us in this online course for an easy to learn way to a healthier, happier you.

Drawing on over 2000 years of practice and research Tai Chi Qigong is a low impact Chinese exercise suitable for all abilities.

Just 10 minutes a day can improve low mood, anxiety and stress while building better balance, strength and flexibility.

This course will take place online, via Zoom.
How it will work:

  • Download the app Zoom for free via the Appstore.
  • Prior to the event starting, participants will invited to join a Zoom 'meeting' via email. In this email, you will be given a Meeting ID and Password.
  • On the Zoom app, tap 'join meeting'. You will then be prompted to insert a Meeting ID and Password.
  • Type in your Meeting ID and Password. You will then be able to see and hear the practitioner, along with the other participants, and enjoy the sessions.

All places must be booked in advance. Booking closes 24 hours before the course start time. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
