Drawing on over 2000 years of practice and research Tai Chi Qigong is a low impact Chinese exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. Just 10 minutes a day can improve low mood, anxiety and stress while building better balance, strength and flexibility. Join us for an easy to learn way to a healthier, happier you.

Booking closes 24 hours before the course start time. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
