Wearing silent disco headphones and immersed in your own movement, this free form dance party promotes exercise and positive connection with others and the outdoors.
Event info:
The session will take place just beyond the play park at Goldwell Park, Newbury. If you have booked for this event, please meet us at the play park just before 9am.
When you arrive we will show you how to use the headphones and provide a gentle introduction to the format of the session and how it works. The music will take you through a gentle warm-up and cool down and you are free to move in any way that you want, or take a break in the rest area if you prefer.
Parking is available in the Goldwell Park car park. Toilets are available in Northcroft Leisure Centre. Please
bring a bottle of water with you.
