Youth Theatre

Our Youth Theatre offers young performers aged 4 - 19 the chance to make new friends and learn performance skills with the support of our professional theatre practitioners.

Our weekly sessions focus on drama activities and games that build upon the young performers’ confidence, social skills, and creativity. We strive to create an inclusive and welcoming space for all to flourish. 

Every year we aim to give our Youth Theatre participants the opportunity to perform on the Corn Exchange Stage and take part in large scale productions with professional teams.

Please note: Spaces are available for new members in our weekday classes for the spring term, but your child will not be able to take part in the Easter Infant and Junior production as casting is now finalised. 

What to bring:

Bring a water bottle, and wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in.

Expect a fun and supportive environment where young performers aged 4–19 can build confidence, make friends, develop performance skills, and take part in exciting productions on stage.

If a group leader is unable to run a session due to illness we will do our utmost to provide cover and avoid cancellation. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do this, or give sufficient notice that a Youth Theatre session has to be cancelled, a member of our Front of House team will use the details you provide on this form to contact you by phone to inform you of arrangements.
