Links to Thrive is a programme of free courses for adults offering creative activities, support and social connection delivered in venues across West Berkshire.
In collaboration with local GP surgeries and their Social Prescribers, we are offering referral and self-referral places onto creative well-being courses
Singing for Recovery
These vocal sessions aim to help build the confidence needed for recovery, through singing. Sessions will use vocal warm ups and singing techniques to promote relaxation, as well as an opportunity to sing along to songs of all kinds. This class is suitable for anyone wanting to sing in a relaxed and friendly environment with support and guidance from a professional singer.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Courses are free for adults of all ages looking for support in well-being or looking to build confidence in their ability to meet challenges.
You can self-refer or be referred by someone already working to support adults in West Berkshire, for example your local GP, Social Prescriber or community hub.
For enquiries contact getinvolved@cornexchangenew.co.uk, call our admin line 01635 582666 (option 3), or speak to your Social Prescriber to be referred via your local GP practice.
Participants are welcome to join throughout the course as each session is independent.
