1:30pmThis introduction to block printing with the Indian Block Printing Co. is the perfect workshop for anyone new to Indian block printing or for those wanting a refresher workshop.
You'll be taught all the techniques, tips & tricks that are needed to Indian block print.
You’ll play with a huge range of different printing blocks, colours and practice printing onto a variety of materials! Once you are feeling confident with your printing, creating designs and patterns, you will then print a fabric & stationery item. You’ll leave with a selection of finished printed items and the confidence to carry on printing.
Materials Included:
- Practice fabric
- Stationery items (cards / tags / paper)
- Large fabric item (scarf / cushion cover / tea towel / tote bag / set of napkins)
- Small fabric item (zip pouch / drawstring bag)
Items can be swapped, and additional materials are available to purchase if needed.
Duration: 1.30pm - 4.30pm
All tickets must be booked in advance.
Age Guidance: 18+
All materials are included for this workshop.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
