The practice of mindfulness has a wide range of scientifically proven benefits including stress reduction, increased concentration, and an improved sense of well-being. It is also being used in the NHS to treat depression and anxiety.
Andy Taylor is an accredited psychotherapist and counsellor whose training in mindfulness and meditation began over thirty years ago, and he has been teaching his ten week Mindfulness course for five years.
