This multi-level class for all abilities will tone and balance your muscles, align your body and strengthen your core.
This course focuses on exercises that will trigger an overall better, stronger posture and increased body awareness. Guided by Natalie Young and working slowly and with concentration, you will focus on performing each exercise correctly and recognising which part of the body should be working.
Duration: 12pm - 1pm
Course dates: Wednesdays, 10 Jan - 20 Mar (no session w/c 12 Feb)
All tickets must be booked in advance. There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
