Relax with gentle movements and a soothing sound bath.
Led by Laura Penneycard and Maura Barber-Oosterhuis, this session will involve gentle Somatic movements and Restorative Yoga with sound underscoring followed by a beautiful Sound Bath using Tibetan singing bowls, Wind gongs and percussive instruments. Suitable for beginners.
Please note: Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker or triggered by sounds. They are also not suitable for those with epilepsy.
Duration: 10am - 11.45am
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to get really comfortable (some yoga mats are available if you wish to use ours). Layers encouraged to maintain warmth throughout the session.
All tickets must be booked in advance. There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
