We have a range of exciting and creative activities for your children to get involved with this Easter holidays.
For families with children ages 3+, Nearly There Yet theatre will present The Party, a fast-paced acrobatic circus show on Thursday 13 April. If your little ones aged 5+ feel inspired by the tricks they see, they can try their hand at circus skills such as juggling, unicycling and floor based acrobatics, in a specially run Circus Games workshop after the show.
And on Saturday 15 April, families with children ages 8 and under can come along for an interactive singing session in Nick Cope: Family Music, and sing songs about everything from counting to how plants grow.
The young performers in your family can also try out one of our three youth drama companies and if they like what we do, they can join us for the new term starting the first week back after the Easter holidays. If your children have a love for performing and are looking for a fun and active group then these are just the workshops for them! Check out the links below to read more about each group and what’s involved in the taster sessions.
For parents and children looking for something they can create together, head to New Greenham Arts for spring-themed arts and crafts (and a whole lot of mess!) at Mega Make & Do on Thursday 20 April, suitable for families with children aged 12 and under.
Our summer season of regular Get Involved activities is also now on sale with an exciting range of courses, weekly groups and one off activities for children, young people and adults alike. Find out more here.
