Welcome back to the Corn Exchange, Learning Centre and The Base!
We are thrilled to be welcoming the community back to our buildings this autumn. The safety of our audiences, participants, practitioners, staff members and volunteers is our main priority so we have made some changes to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Book with confidence:
We want you to feel confident about booking in advance for a film, screening, performance, exhibition, course or workshop. It is very important that people displaying symptoms of Covid-19 do not come to events so, if you are unwell with coronavirus symptoms or having to self-isolate, please phone the Box Office and we will arrange for your ticket cost to be credited to your account or refunded.
Tickets must be booked in advance and we ask customers to select an e-ticket if possible. If you are unable to book an e-ticket, please speak to our Box Office team.
You must only book tickets for people in your household. If you wish to come with someone who is not in your household, they will need to book tickets in a separate transaction. This is for the purposes of Track and Trace and so that we can ensure that government guidelines are being adhered to for the safety of all of our visitors.
We will be limiting the number of people admitted to each event to ensure appropriate social distancing and will be leaving seats between each group.
If you are feeling unwell:
Please stay at home if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19. We would encourage you to contact 119 to arrange a test.
Masks:
Please remember to bring a face mask or covering with you as we ask that visitors wear them in the building.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Social distancing:
Please ensure you leave a safe distance between yourself and other customers, staff members or volunteers when joining queues or moving around the building.
Hand sanitiser:
Please use hand sanitiser on arrival and then regularly re-apply or wash your hands during your visit.
