The 60th instalment of the world-renowned exhibition, on loan from the Natural History Museum in London, comes to The Base this summer.
Stunning images unveiled as Wildlife Photographer of the Year returns to The Base Gallery with 100 stunning photographs showcasing Earth’s extraordinary diversity and highlighting the fragility of wildlife on our planet.
The world-renowned exhibition, now in its sixtieth year and on loan from the Natural History Museum in London, will open at The Base on Friday 6 June, featuring exceptional images that capture fascinating animal behaviour, spectacular species and the breathtaking diversity of the natural world. Using photography’s unique emotive power to engage and inspire audiences, the images shine a light on stories and species around the world and encourage a future of advocating for the planet.
Established in 1965, it highlights exceptional talent worldwide. With 59,228 entries from 117 countries and territories all over the world, winning images are chosen for their creativity, originality and technical excellence by international experts.
