Welcome back! What’s your favourite thing about being part of a #NewburyPanto?

I’m so excited to be back! My favourite thing about being part of a Newbury Panto is the people! I’m constantly laughing.

How did you feel when you found out you’d be part of Robin Hood and Maid Marian? 

Just so excited to come back, I love Newbury and being in a panto is so joyful!

Panto season is such a big tradition - what does performing in a pantomime mean to you?

Performing in a pantomime means so much, I really love the school shows and being silly for them and I equally love the adult nights, everyone’s just here to have fun!

How familiar are you with the Robin Hood legend? Do you have a favourite version or memory of the story?

To be honest, this is my first experience with Robin Hood, but I’ve been told I need to watch the Disney version!!

What do you hope audiences will take away from Robin Hood and Maid Marian this Christmas? 

To look out for each other and shake off the haters!

What are you most looking forward to about being in Newbury over the festive period? 

I’m going to try and eat at as many places as possible... so if you have any recommendations…?

If you could live inside the world of any Christmas film, what would it be? 

Probably Love Actually, I love romance!

What’s top on your wish list this year? 

For everyone to be happy!

What’s your favourite karaoke song? 

Dance With Me by Dizzee Rascal!

Do you have any Christmas traditions? 

Many! Normally on Christmas Eve with my mum - we’ll have a hot chocolate, bake something (that most likely doesn’t go to plan), go to the Christingle service and watch The Snowman.

We hear you teach Zumba – do you have any pre-show rituals to hype yourself up before the show? 

It’s got to be getting the tunes going in warm up!
