Watch a captivating outdoor event

This summer, our outdoor events bring the action to you, in Newbury Town Centre. On Sat 25 Jul, Watchful takes audiences on a heart-warming journey through the life of a couple as their children grow up, watch outside the Newbury Methodist Church. On Sat 5 Sep, French company Rara Woulib will transform the town centre into a vibrant celebration of Haitian culture as the Deblozay procession moves through the town.

Enjoy the Saturday evening sun with Music on the Terrace

Make the most of the brighter evenings with live music from the Corn Exchange terrace-style seating, perfectly positioned to capture the last of the evening sun. With a fresh act each date, mingle and enjoy a drink from our bar while you watch. The performances will take place every Saturday evening in August, with local artists including Harry Jones, The Errant Hearts, Ellie Chadwick and Josh Smith.

Take in an exhibition at The Base

Throughout the summer you can get your creative juices flowing with an exhibition at The Base. Until Sun 30 Aug, Jin Eui Kim's Simplicity and Complexity exhibition will amaze visitors with precision and exceptional pottery skill.
