Home Ed sessions: Creative Writing - Summer 2026

Designed for home-educated young people, this engaging course explores storytelling, poetry, character creation, and more. 

Each session builds confidence, sparks creativity, and encourages self-expression through words.

What to expect:
Expect a fun course in a relaxed setting where children can discover the joy of creative writing through storytelling and poetry, build confidence, ignite their imagination, and express themselves through words.

Our Home Ed: Art sessions are available for younger children aged 7 - 11.

Location: Old Library Upstairs

Course dates: Thursdays, 23 Apr - 2 Jul (no session w/c 25 May)

Duration: 11.30am - 12.30am

Suitable for young people aged 11 - 14

All tickets must be booked in advance, ticket sales will close 12 hours before the first session.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
