Home Ed sessions: Art - Summer 2026

Designed to support children in school years 3 – 6 (KS2) who are home educated.
This practical course, led by local artist and professional practitioner Gemma Kirby, provides a stimulating and engaging introduction to Visual Art. All resources will be included. Be prepared for creative learning!

What to expect:
Expect a fun course in a relaxed setting where children explore visual art through hands-on projects. This includes painting, collage, mixed-media work, clay, and more!

Our Home Ed: Creative Writing sessions are available for older children aged 11 - 14.
Location: Old Library Upstairs
Course dates: Mondays, 20 Apr – 6 Jul (no session on Bank Holidays or w/c 25 May)
Duration: 10.15am - 11.15am
Suitable for young people aged 7 - 11
All tickets must be booked in advance, ticket sales will close 12 hours before the first session.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
