Support us

You can make a difference and support us in a variety of different ways.

Corn Exchange and New Greenham Arts are two of the South East’s most dynamic venues. We present and produce some of the best UK and International artists and companies, supporting the development of new work, commissioning and incorporating resident companies, as well as housing a full time cinema and visual arts programme. We are an important provider of learning and participation opportunities and one of Berkshire's historic landmark buildings.

We are also a registered charity and we could not maintain our activities without the support of our loyal audiences, local authority investment, local business partners, trusts and foundations, Arts Council England and the many individual donors and members who support us each year.

We must fundraise to allow us to continue growing our extensive programme of work, whether that be our outdoor work, our projects for people living with dementia or those supporting young people to develop lifelong skills that will help them in all walks of future life.

Every year we need to raise in excess of £150,000 and as we look towards the future there is every chance this will need to increase.

Please support us by making a donation, becoming a Member, Friend, Associate or Patron or getting your company involved. Your donation today will help us to continue to make Newbury and West Berkshire an exciting place to live and work.

We offer a variety of membership schemes which enable you to become a regular supporter of the Corn Exchange and New Greenham Arts. These schemes provide you with priority bookings for live events and film, discounts and other exclusive benefits. As a registered charity your donations, regular contributions and memberships help us to sustain the valued work that we do.

Trusts and foundations play a crucial role in the work of the Corn Exchange. Find out more.

All of the income raised from individual giving is ring-fenced to support the capital repairs and maintenance of the historical Corn Exchange building. Some of this may be spent in the year it is given, as it costs in excess of £150,000 to maintain the upkeep of the building, but other money may be spent in future years to support the investment of large-scale capital projects such as a new lift and air conditioning, which will have a positive impact on your visit to the Corn Exchange.

If you would like to make a donation to support our ongoing capital projects please contact our Front of House team on 0845 5218 218 or ask to make a donation when you next book tickets.
