Aerial Sling Stretch

Led by Claire of Tone & Poise this class uses a loop of silk fabric suspended in the air.
The class combines pilates fundamentals with dance-inspired stretching exercises to support and enhance movement. The sling assists in deepening stretches, improving flexibility, and building strength with greater ease and control.
What to bring:
Please dress comfortably, but avoid loose clothing and hooded tops. You can go bare foot, or wear socks for the sessions. All jewellery should be removed. Please bring plenty of water, and a yoga/Pilates mat.
What to expect:
Expect stretching and gentle conditioning using a soft fabric sling suspended from the ceiling. The class is designed to help you move more freely, release tension, and improve flexibility in a low-impact, supportive environment.
No aerial or fitness experience is needed - options are offered for all levels.

There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
