Supporting mental health and wellbeing for children, young people and adults.

The Corn Exchange has been developing an arts and health programme for the past three years and is committed to delivering creative activity which promotes and supports mental health and positive ways to wellbeing for the local community. The programme includes a range of arts-based workshops and courses for groups of all ages, including school provision like Wellbeing Warriors and Creative Art Journaling, NEET provision for young people through our Create a Space sessions, and courses and classes for adults based out of our Learning Centre such as Art for Wellbeing and Singing for Recovery.

We work in close collaboration with health sector partners, schools, and community groups in the delivery of this programme of work. More detailed information about each project is outlined below. If you are interested in us working with you, contact our Learning and Participation team at getinvolved@cornexhcangenew.co.uk
