Existing to bring a roadshow of comedic brilliance to your doorstep, The Comedy Network has been a proving ground for some of the biggest names in British comedy. Household names like Lee Mack, Russell Howard, Jenny Eclair, Ed Gamble and Lou Sanders have all cut their teeth on the network circuit. Having started stand-up in 2009 at 18 years old, Matt became one of the youngest comedians on the circuit and soon made it through to the finals of two national stand-up competitions – the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny and the Chortle Student Comedy Award – as well as coming runner up in the Reading Comedy Festival New Act of the Year and winning the Newbury and Bath Comedy Festival new act competitions.
He quickly established himself in all of the major comedy club chains in the UK and has gigged overseas on countless occasions. Today he’s one of the most in-demand headliners in the UK, regularly booked for major gigs and festivals.
Jump forward to today and Matt is a seasoned TV host, having presented shows such as The Hangover Games (E4) and The Red Bull Soapbox Race (Dave), Celebrity Haunted Mansion and Celebrity Haunted Hotel (W). He has also hosted two different ITV2 Documentaries – Pampered Pooches: Hollywood and Meet The Family Guys, both filmed in LA, and helmed Just Tattoo Of Us: The Aftermath for MTV. He was also the host of Virgin Radio’s Drive Time Show for three years, a stint that earned him an ARIA Award nomination for Funniest Show.
As well as all the presenting he has appeared on hundreds other TV shows, including Comedy Game Night, Roast Battle & Drunk History (Comedy Central), Nevermind The Buzzcocks (BBC2), Celebrity Juice, CelebAbility, The Stand Up Sketch Show, Top Gear: Extra Gear, Love Island: Aftersun (ITV2), and pretty much any spin-off show you can name...
Jess Carrivick is a character comic 'gearing up to conquer' – Dawn French. With a background in improv and sketch comedy, Jess builds bold and memorable characters with heart.
Shortlisted for BAFTA Rocliffe in 2021, Jess has continued to gain momentum and in 2025, was a finalist in Leicester Square Theatre’s Sketch Off Competitionon, as well as the prestigious BBC New Comedy Award.
In 2025 she made her Edinburgh Fringe debut with her solo character comedy show For Your Consideration and is working towards her second show.
Amy Mason (Chortle Breakthrough Act nominee 2026, Funny Woman finalist, BBC New Comedian of the Year shortlist) lives in Bristol and offers a dry perspective on parenthood, ageing, queerness and mental health. She has appeared on Radio 4 and has several TV shows in development.
Amy has written for The News Quiz, The Now Show and Hypothetical (Dave) and has previously made three autobiographical storytelling shows with Bristol Old Vic.

Joe Jacobs is a London based comedian, rapper and writer. His live shows effortlessly flit between hip hop and comedy and he’s been seen/heard on Channel 4, BBC Radio 4, BBC 6 Music, Radio 1XTRA, plus gained millions of viral video views online.
On the live circuit, he’s a regular at The Comedy Store, Top Secret, Glee, The Bearcat, Up The Creek, Backyard Comedy Club, Covent Garden Comedy Club, Knock2Bag, Downstairs At The Kings Head, Banana Cabaret, The Distraction Club and many others.
His TV work includes Harry Hill’s ClubNite on Channel 4, plus his viral rap track I’m Dog was featured on E4’s Rudetube.
