Post-Natal Pilates - Autumn 2026

Join Fi from Fitter Mother, a qualified postnatal specialist, for this gentle and low-impact post-natal pilates class where you will work on body alignment, posture, restoring core strength and mobility.

Bring along your baby whilst you work out and grab a coffee afterwards in our Café Bar. A great place to make new parent friends!

What to wear and bring:
Please dress comfortably, bring plenty of water, and bring a yoga mat (some mats are available in the Old Library).

What to expect:
Expect a low-impact class for new mums focussed on rebuilding strength, posture and mobility.

Rebuild your core strength, improve posture and mobility, boost wellbeing, and enjoy social time with other new mums in a supportive, baby-friendly environment.

Location: Old Library Downstairs

Course Dates: 

Tuesdays, 15 Sep - 20 Oct (6 week course) & 3 Nov - 1 Dec (5 week course)

Duration: 10am - 11am & 11.15am - 12.15pm

Wednesdays, 16 Sep - 21 Oct (6 week course) & 4 Nov - 2 Dec (5 week course)

Duration: 10am - 11am

Recommended for parents/carers with babies up to 6 months old.

Includes a tea or coffee from our Café Bar after the session.

All tickets must be booked in advance.

There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
