Led by Veronika from Nourish by V. ease into your Sunday with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, followed by the soothing sounds of pure quartz crystal singing bowls. 

A gentle and nourishing way to start your day and move into the week ahead feeling rested, grounded, and renewed.

Please note: This session is not advisable to attend if pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker, metal plate in the body or if triggered by sounds. They are also not suitable for those with epilepsy.

What to bring:
Bring along a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and dress in warm, comfortable clothing you can rest in. Body temperature can drop when laying still for longer periods.

What to expect:
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation technique that induces a deep state of relaxation between sleep and wakefulness. It's also known as yogic sleep. It creates stillness and relaxing feeling within your body and mind. It releases parasympathetic nervous system and therefore brings you into the space of zen, happiness and calmness.

It will be then followed by a magical crystal bowl sound healing. You will surrender into the vibrations and frequencies of the sound magic and simply be.

This session promotes deep relaxation, eases tension, and restores peace through meditation, and soothing healing sounds.

Duration: 10.30am - 12pm

All tickets must be booked in advance.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
