New films coming to the Corn Exchange Newbury Cinema this June and July

From Star Wars to Spielberg, there's something for everyone to enjoy in our latest selection of films. 

With award-winning new indie titles, returning family favourites and brand-new sci-fi blockbusters, get your film fix this month. Take a look below at some of the titles hitting our screen.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu (12A)

A thrilling new film based on the beloved Disney+ TV show. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu.

Virginia Woolf's Night & Day (12A)

Based on Virginia Woolf’s funniest novel, Night & Day is an un-romantic comedy about the passionate astronomer, Katharine Hilbery who does everything she can to avoid romantic love and marriage. 

Disclosure Day (12A)

Directed by Steven Spielberg (E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Jaws), Disclosure Day plunges audiences into a world where an alien force makes itself known to everyone on Earth. Starring Emily Blunt, Josh O'Connor, Colin Firth, Eve Hewson and Colman Domingo.

The Fall of Sir Douglas Weatherford (15)

Working as a tour guide, local historian and widower Kenneth plays the role of his suspected ancestor, Sir Douglas Weatherford. But when the village becomes the location of a fantasy TV show, his obsession begins to unravel.
