Ideal for those who are confident with foundation stitches and shaping, this session will guide you through techniques like working in the round, using stitch markers, and reading more detailed patterns.
By the end of the day, you’ll:
• Learn to shape and structure crochet for larger projects
• Follow more complex pattern instructions with confidence
• Work with cotton yarn and stitch markers to build precision and finish
• Make solid progress on your handmade tote bag
Led by Naomi Ticehurst, the maker behind Never Without Wool, this course offers a welcoming space to stretch your skills and learn new techniques at a gentle pace. Naomi brings years of crochet experience and a calm, supportive teaching style.

What to bring (if not selecting materials included):
• 250g of cotton yarn (e.g. Friends Cotton 8/8)
• Size 4–4.5mm crochet hook
• Crochet stitch markers
• Wool/tapestry needle
All tickets must be booked in advance
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
