A man and a women lead on the floor. A metal gong can be seen in the background. Above the man and women's heads someone holds a metal bowl and uses a wooden stick to play it in the palm of their hand.

Lay down and relax to the soothing tones of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Wind Chimes, Native American Flute, Guitar, Percussion instruments blended together with digital effects to create a truly unique and immersive experience.

These gentle sound waves and their healing vibrations support well-being, help ease tension, and encourage restful sleep as they gently target areas of imbalance, restoring harmony and leaving you feeling refreshed and re-recentred.

What to bring:

Bring along a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and dress in warm, comfortable clothing as our body temperatures tend to drop when laying still for longer periods. Eye masks have also been recommended by previous participants.

Please note: Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker or triggered by sounds. They are also not suitable for those with epilepsy.

What to expect:

Andy will begin the session with a gentle guided relaxation to help you to let go of your day and release any lingering tension that you’re carrying. The sound bath will last for around 45 minutes. We will close with some words of wisdom to help you to transition back into the rest of your day.
