These courses led by Katt Garde are designed to help you build strength and stability through your legs, hips, core, feet and ankles. Each class blends balance-focused exercises with mindful stretches to improve your mobility and confidence in every step. Perfect for all levels, this is your time to reconnect with your body and move with ease.

What to bring:
Please dress comfortably, bring plenty of water, and bring a yoga mat (some mats available in the Learning Centre).

What to expect:
Expect a supportive class focused on building strength, stability, and confidence through balance exercises and gentle stretches. Please note, the only requirement for this class is having the ability to get up and down off a mat.

This class improves strength, stability, mobility, and balance, helping you move more easily and comfortably.

Course dates: Fridays, 16 Jan - 13 Feb & 27 Feb - 27 Mar

Duration: 3pm - 4pm

All tickets must be booked in advance.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
