Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing - Summer 2026

Guided by Laura Penneycard and Maura Barber-Oosterhuis, this session will involve gentle Somatic movements, Restorative Yoga and a beautiful Sound Bath using Tibetan singing bowls, wind gongs and percussive instruments.

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to get really comfortable (some yoga mats are available if you wish to use ours). Layers are also encouraged to maintain warmth throughout the session.

What to expect:

Expect a deeply nurturing experience centered on stillness, combining guided yoga meditation with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls to help you unwind, relax, and restore both mind and body.

This session promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, calms the mind, and supports nervous system restoration for overall wellbeing.

Duration: 10am - 11.45am

All tickets must be booked in advance.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
