Singing teacher sits on the floor with her hand cupped to her ear as she smiles and holds book in her other hand.

Explore the Gallery for Yinka Shonibare CBE: Ritual Ecstasy of the Modern at The Base through songs, stories, sensory play and movement with professional classical singer Louise Ashdown.

We aim to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can meet, play and talk with other parents and carers - so also included in your ticket is either an Americano or pot of tea (and a Babychino) from Honesty at The Base, so you can finish your visit in the café together.

If you can’t make it to a Songs and Stories session, you can still visit us with your baby at any time - everyone (no matter how young or old) is welcome, at any time.
