Immersive Sound Bath

Lay down and relax to the soothing tones of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, Native American flute, guitar, percussion instruments blended together with digital effects to create a truly unique and immersive experience.
These gentle sound waves and their healing vibrations support well-being, help ease tension, and encourage restful sleep as they gently target areas of imbalance, restoring harmony and leaving you feeling refreshed and re-centred.
This session will be guided by Andy Hobson, a world-renowned meditation teacher and musician.
What to expect?
Andy Hobson will begin the session with a gentle guided relaxation to help you to let go of your day and release any lingering tension that you’re carrying. Then sound bath will begin for around 45 minutes. We will close will some words of wisdom to help you to transition back into the rest of your evening or morning.
What to bring?
Dress in warm, comfortable clothing and bring along a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Our body temperatures tend to drop a little when laying still for longer periods so it’s a good idea to make sure that you’re super cosy for this session.
About Andy
Andy is a world-renowned spiritual teacher and professional musician, best known for his warmth, authenticity and sense of humour. Seamlessly combining his two passions, he creates immersive learning experiences and guided meditations that have lifted spirits, touched hearts and soothed souls all over the globe.
A brush with stardom in his early 20s, after being signed to a major record label, gave birth to the realisation that fame and fortune was not a path to happiness. With this insight in his back pocket, Andy embarked on a spiritual quest to discover how we can live a more meaningful life and tap into the magic, mystery and wonder that chimes throughout every moment of our day.

Please note: Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker or triggered by sounds. They are also not suitable for those with epilepsy.
All tickets must be booked in advance.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
