Carry out a paranormal investigation at the Corn Exchange in aid of the Old Library Campaign.
Steeped in history, the Corn Exchange was built in 1861, replacing the run-down Guildhall where merchants first traded agricultural products. It continued to be used as a trading place until the great depression in the 19th century and was the venue for many key moments in Newbury’s history including royal visits and the opening of the railway until its transformation into a theatre in 1993. On the night you will split into teams with a lead investigator, where you’ll be able to experiment with state-of-the-art equipment or use more traditional methods of investigating the paranormal.
Location: Corn Exchange, Newbury
Event Times: 9pm - 1am
Age Guide: 18+
Guests are advised to bring a torch as we will be walking around in low lighted areas. Sensible footwear is a must.
All proceeds go towards the Old Library Campaign
