Join us for a beautiful and engaging Tai Chi Fan 4 week course, combining the graceful movements of Tai Chi with the elegance of the traditional fan. 

This unique martial art form promotes physical strength, balance, flexibility, and inner calm through flowing movements and mindful practice.

Work with Mark Jones to develop coordination, stability, and strength while learning one of the most visually striking forms of Tai Chi. Suitable for all levels, Tai Chi Fan offers a gentle yet effective way to improve your health and wellbeing while building a sustainable daily exercise practice.

What to bring:
Bring a bottle of water, and wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in. Fans will be provided.

What to expect:
Expect a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where you'll learn a sequence of graceful fan movements and postures designed to improve balance, stability, flexibility, and internal strength. Each session combines mindful movement with practical techniques that you can continue as part of your daily wellbeing routine.

Duration: 1pm - 2pm

All tickets must be booked in advance.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
