Join us for a session of traditional self-healing, meditation, and self-cultivation exercises originating in ancient China.

Work with Mark Jones to improve your mood and reduce anxiety and stress while building better balance, strength and flexibility with this low impact Chinese exercise.

Drawing on over 2000 years of practice and research Tai Chi Qigong is a low impact Chinese exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. Just 10 minutes a day can improve low mood, anxiety and stress while building better balance, strength and flexibility. Join us for an easy to learn way to a healthier, happier you.

What to bring:
Bring a bottle of water, and wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in.

Expect a calming atmosphere, where you’ll build on your existing Tai Chi skills to improve balance, strength, and flexibility while reducing stress and enhancing overall wellbeing

Duration: 3.15pm - 4.15pm

All tickets must be booked in advance.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
