Improve your mood and reduce anxiety and stress while building better balance, strength and flexibility with this low impact Chinese exercise. 

Led by Mark Jones, this Open Level class will help you develop balance, whole body connection, and mindfulness. Suitable for beginners and those further along in their practice.

What to bring:
Bring a bottle of water, and wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in.

What to expect:
Tai Chi is a low impact Chinese exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. Expect a beginner-friendly Tai Chi class that helps lift your mood, reduce stress, and improve balance, strength, and flexibility - no previous experience needed.

Benefits:
This class will help you promote relaxation and calmness, reduce stress and anxiety, and build balance, strength, flexibility, whole-body connection, and mindfulness.

Location: Learning Centre

Course dates: Thursdays, 15 Jan - 12 Feb & 26 Feb - 26 Mar

Duration: 2pm - 3pm

All tickets must be booked in advance.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
