Improve your mood and reduce anxiety and stress while building better balance, strength and flexibility in our 8-week taster course.
Led by Senior Tai Chi Instructor Mark Jones, these classes will help you develop balance, whole-body connection and mindfulness. Our Tai Chi Qigong sessions are open to all availabilities, even for those who need to stay seated, and instructor Mark will tailor the moves to suit everyone’s needs and abilities.
Just drop in, wear clothes you can move in and enjoy!
