Join Yoga Therapist Katt Garde for this gentle and relaxing yoga course. 

Each class will include simple movement, mindful breathing and guided relaxation. Yoga is a great way to look after your mind and body. Benefits include flexibility, balance, joint health, posture, sleep and stress management.

What to bring:

Please dress comfortably, bring plenty of water, and bring a yoga mat (some mats available in the Learning Centre)

What to expect:

Expect a calm and nurturing experience in this hatha yoga class which includes gentle movement, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation to support your overall wellbeing.

Session date: Wednesdays, 22 Apr - 1 Jul (no sessions on bank holidays or w/c 25 May)

Duration: 6.15pm - 7.15pm

All tickets must be booked in advance.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
