A Big Thank You To The Sovereign Housing Association

A stone building with a round window at the top and four pillars in the sunshine with blue sky.

We would like to say a big thank you to the Sovereign Housing Association for its generous donation of £1000.

We are pleased to announce that the Sovereign Housing Association has generously donated £1000 toward our project, Messy Stories, which was kindly match funded by Greenham Trust.

Messy Stories is a Corn Exchange Learning & Participation project for vulnerable families in rural locations and introduces young children (aged 1-3 years) to popular stories in order to develop their literacy skills whilst supporting their broader development through messy play. The sessions are delivered by a professional arts practitioner who will lead the literacy, music, singing and drama elements for the participants.

The aim of Messy Stories sessions are to support children's communication and socialization skills, develop children's imagination through dramatic play and improve family engagement with the creative arts as a tool for family well-being.
