Secure My Booking

Corn Exchange can now offer customers Ticket Refund Protection through Secure My Booking.

You can add protection to your booking at the checkout stage, for only £1.75 per ticket. If purchasing more than one ticket, you will need to purchase an individual refund protection for each ticket. You can also add protection when purchasing at the Box Office - just mention this during your booking. 

Make sure you select the correct amount of cover for the number of tickets you are booking, otherwise, you may not be sufficiently covered.

Please note: Secure My Booking is not covered for our Cinema or The Learning Centre.

Your ticket, your guarantee

When the unexpected happens and you can’t make your show, we’ve got you covered! We understand the disappointment of missing out on your favourite event, which is why we offer ticket refund protection. By adding this to your order, you can safeguard yourself against unforeseen circumstances, protect your tickets when you book for your next show and be covered for accidents, illness, severe weather, rail strikes and more!

Why should I purchase Ticket Protection?

By purchasing ticket protection from Secure My Booking, customers can claim a refund for a variety of reasons.

Please note that the Secure My Booking fee is non-refundable, even if a show has been cancelled or rescheduled.

 

What will I be covered for?

When you opt into the Secure My Booking Ticket Refund Program, you are able to claim a refund if you are unable to make it to your event for the reasons set out in the Program, such as:

  • Death/accident/illness to the ticket holder
  • Illness from COVID, government-mandated self-isolation, local lockdowns
  • Death of ticket holder's immediate family
  • Adverse weather
  • Travel delays
  • Burglary, flood or fire at their home

How do I make a claim?

All claims must be made through the Secure My Booking website.

You'll need a copy of your order confirmation email, plus any evidence to back up your claim.

You have up to 60 days post-event to make a claim.

Please do not contact the Corn Exchange box office to make your claim as we are unable to assist with this. If you have a query, please contact Secure My Booking directly.

 

Can I add Ticket Protection after making a booking?

Unfortunately, ticket protection cannot be added to an order after tickets have already been purchased.

Please ensure you add ticket protection at the time of purchase.

 

Are my personal details shared with Secure My Booking?

If you choose to add protection to your tickets, Corn Exchange does not share your personal details with Secure My Booking.

If you need to make a claim, you are required to submit your details to Secure My Booking, and as part of this, you will need to include your Corn Exchange order confirmation which includes the purchase of ticket protection.
