What are we looking for?

We are excited to host a Christmas Gift Fair at the Corn Exchange. We are looking for a range of unique, and high-quality craft makers working in a variety of disciplines. This festive extravaganza will showcase the wealth of local creative talent, offering the best handmade produce and gifts for the festive season. It is important for us to be familiar with stall-holders work; therefore, each application must be supported by 4 or 5 images of what you intend to sell. Exhibitor Information

The stallholder cost is £25.

Fair opening times: 10am-5pm

We will be open from 8.30am on the day for set up time.  Clear down by 6pm.

We will supply 1 trestle table, up to 2 chairs and electricity if needed.

In applying to Christmas Fair 2026 , you are agreeing to the below T&Cs.

2. The final deadline for applications is 5pm on 30th September

3. Not all applications will be successful, as we need to have a good mix and quality of businesses and makers and we have a limited amount of space in The Corn Exchange. Unfortunately, if you have been unsuccessful in being offered a stall, we will not be able to respond to each and every application. Therefore, if you haven’t heard anything 6 weeks after entering your application, please take this as an indication that you have been unsuccessful. The Corn Exchange Newbury reserves the right to refuse applications without justifying its decision.

4. If you are invited to join the Christmas Fair 2026, we will contact you to take payment that will secure your place. If you need to cancel your place at the Christmas Fair 2026 and give us notice of...

o More than 6 weeks before the event - 100% of the fee will be refunded

o Between 6 and 4 weeks - 50% refund

o Less than 4 weeks - 0% refund

5. Last minute cancellation fee: If you cancel within a week of the event, we will require a £20 cancellation fee in order to cover administration time/effort to fill that space.

6. Bookings will only be secured when the Corn Exchange receives your application form (online or paper) and payment.

7. Corn Exchange Newbury are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any of your items and products at the event.

8. Sharing of stalls is only allowed subject to all Exhibitors being approved to exhibit by the Corn Exchange Newbury.

9. In the case of the Corn Exchange Newbury needing to cancel the event, we will provide a full refund of fees paid.

10. Access to electricity is possible, please state in your application whether you will be needing power.

11. There is no free on-site parking for stall-holders and visitors. We ask that you drop off your equipment and stock at the time given to you and go to park before you start setting up.

12. All stalls must be setup and ready to welcome visitors by 9.30am at the latest and packing up of stalls is not permitted before 5.00pm.
