Immersive Sound Bath - Autumn 2026

  • Old Library Downstairs
  • Full Price £25 (per person)

Lay down and relax to the soothing tones of Alto Flute, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, gong and percussion, woven together with bespoke digital soundscapes, binaural beats and Solfeggio frequencies to create a deeply immersive sound journey.

Led by Heather Burgess, these gentle sound waves and therapeutic vibrations invite deep relaxation, ease tension and quiet the mind, creating space for stillness, inner connection and a renewed sense of balance and well-being.

What to bring:
Bring along a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and dress in warm, comfortable clothing as our body temperatures tend to drop when laying still for longer periods. Eye masks have also been recommended by previous participants.

Please note: Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker or triggered by sounds. They are also not suitable for those with epilepsy.

What to expect:
Heather will begin the session with the gentle, haunting tones of her Alto Flute, guiding you into a relaxed and meditative state. You’ll then be immersed in bespoke soundscapes, therapeutic instruments and soothing vibrations for a deeply restorative sound journey. Simply lie back, close your eyes and allow the sounds to wash over you, creating space for stillness, relaxation and inner connection.

Benefits:
This session promotes deep relaxation, eases tension, and restores peace through soothing and healing sound vibrations.
