Join Katie for Post-Natal Singing - a welcoming space for new parents navigating those precious, exhausting, joy-filled first twelve months.
Bring your baby along to this parent singing group and spend the session learning simple songs, rounds and harmonies by ear: no experience needed, no pressure, just voice and community.
Singing has remarkable benefits for body and mind - it lifts your mood, eases stress, supports posture and gives you space to be creative and present with your baby. There is something special about singing together; it deepens the bond with your little one and creates a sense of closeness with those around you.
Stay for a tea or coffee afterwards, swap stories, and build new friendships with other parents. Take a moment for you. Sing and feel the joy!
What to bring:
Anything you and your baby may need during the session (feeding supplies, changing bag, comfort items etc)

A relaxed and welcoming singing group led by Katie for new parents and their babies.

These sessions provide a creative outlet during the early months of parenthood, create opportunities to meet other new parents and build friendships, and boost mood and promote wellbeing through singing.

Course Date: Mondays, 11 Jan - 8 Feb & 22 Feb - 22 Mar
Duration: 11am - 12pm
Age Guide: Parents with babies up to 6 month old
All tickets must be booked in advance.
There is no need to print or collect a ticket as the team will have a record of those who have booked. Booking for workshops and courses close 24 hours before the start time. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any course or workshop if the minimum numbers are not met. If we are not able to run a workshop you will be informed three working days ahead of the course or workshop start date.
