Ever wondered what a career as an artist looks like, or how you get into it? 

Join this free weekly group and develop your own artistic style and skills whilst learning from a professional artist about their chosen art form and hear about their career journey.

What to bring: All materials will be provided by the practitioner.

What to expect: Young Creatives are fun, interactive sessions that allow you to explore building new skills, learning about different creative careers through practical exercises.

Benefits: Not only will you get to have fun in the sessions, you will also get the opportunity to meet like-minded young people and form new friendships.             

As part of the Careers through the Arts programme, in joint partnership with Corn Exchange Newbury and Watermill Theatre, and funded by Greenham Trust.                    

Location: The Base Greenham

Session dates: Fridays 25 Sep, 2, 9, 16, 23 Oct, 5, 13, 20, 27 Nov, 4 Dec            

Session time: 6.30pm - 8pm

Age Guide: 14 - 18 years
