Sing and socialise as part of a community singing group.Â
Guided by Laura Penneycard and Maura Barber-Oosterhuis, this session will involve gentle Somatic movements, Restorative Yoga and a beautiful Sound Bath using Tibetan singing bowls, wind gongs and percussive instruments.
