Access List

If you have specific access requirements, please sign up to our free access list. It'll help us provide you with the best service to meet your needs as well as enabling you to book wheelchair accessible spaces and essential companion tickets if eligible.

The Corn Exchange offers Disabled concession tickets (on performances where concession price is available) and Essential Companion tickets where eligible.

The Corn Exchange offers one essential companion ticket free of charge to someone accompanying an adult patron who would not be able to attend independently without this additional support. Free essential companion tickets are not available to those accompanying a child under 14, where the child would always need to be accompanied under the direct supervision of a responsible adult aged 18 or over. For adults accompanying a child under the age of 14 who is disabled, we are able to offer a concessionary rate ticket where available.

If you, or someone for whom you are booking tickets, qualifies for the Disabled concession rate and/or the Essential Companion ticket, you will need to sign-up to the Access List in order to make bookings at this rate.
