At the Corn Exchange, we offer customers the option to protect their ticket purchases with ticket refund protection through Secure My Booking.

We understand the disappointment of missing out on your favourite event, which is why we offer ticket refund protection. For just £1.75 per ticket, customers can add protection during checkout, either online or at our Box Office. 

Ticket Refund Protection allows customers to claim refunds if they’re unable to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness (including COVID-19), accidents, adverse weather, or travel disruptions. Full coverage details can be found in the Secure My Booking terms and conditions.

Please note that the protection must be purchased for each individual ticket and cannot be added after the booking is completed. This service is not available for Cinema, Learning Centre and The Base events. Find out more here
